DAME Consulting has three distinct offerings. First, brand and creative strategy and all that entails--starting with the culture and consumer, ending with actionable insights, inspirational storytelling, effective strategy. Second, department mentoring and management plans--because we've all been there trying--and failing--to do it all. So, after meeting with the department head, we do an audit, we talk with the team and we develop individual mentoring and training plans. And we follow up for a year. Third, we tackle the behemoth of client research. Do you know all of the research your company does? Do you use all of it?
