Second, department mentoring and management plans--because we've all been there trying--and failing--to do it all. So, after meeting with the department head, we do an audit, we talk with the team and we develop individual mentoring and training plans. And we follow up for a year.

Third, we tackle the behemoth of client research. Do you know all of the research your company does? Do you use all of it? We can make sure you are conducting only the research that is actionable for all.
